If you have any questions or enquiries about our sessions, please get in contact with us. The smash brother break room is one of the only places in Sydney where you can enjoy breaking objects in a safe, social and fun environment. Soon we realised that lots of other people wanted to get in on the action… So we thought we’d open up access to the break room to everyone! We’ve setup a controlled environment where you can smash and break until you run out of strength. Two friends with a passion for smashing things. Smash Brothers was brought into existence by Johnny and Rusty. We welcome all ages and genders to come and break our stuff because no matter who you are you will leave with a smile on your face. Many clients simply come for the fun of smashing items without having to clean up, which is absolutely allowed. Break rooms offer a social, lighthearted space to aggressively let off steam, which it allows people to completely let go of any anxiety they may have and tap into their true aggression. The culture we are brought up in mostly hints towards keeping a lid on our emotions. Continually staying quiet while seething inside can lead to chronic stress, depression, low self-esteem and even physical illness such as cardiovascular disease. Bottling up our rage, rather than expressing it in a healthy way, can trap feelings deep inside where they can do more damage and snowball into severe mental health issues.
